Terms of Services
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE
We do not entertain return of products unless they are received as wrong products or defected pieces. In such a case we would go ahead and replace the same damaged product.
If any product is received as wrong or defected you would need to click a snap of the same and mail it to us at Info@sarawakhandicraft.com.my within 7 day of receiving the product( more than 7 days we would not consider the replacement). Post our confirmation you would need to courier the same back to us. Once we receive back the defected piece we would intimate you and start the process of replacement.The replacement item would be couriered to you within 10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note:
- We will not entertain any complaint or return for exchange after 7 days from the receipt of goods purchased.
- As products selling in our store are all hand made products, you will accept and expect the receipt of goods may have slight differ (from the products image) and human defect.
- Please include a copy of your receipt in the package you send to us so we can correctly identify the order and process it accordingly.
2. CANCELLATIONS:
- We do not accept cancellations once the order is placed.
2. RISK AND PROPERTY OF THE GOODS
- Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery or if the Buyer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Goods, the time when we have tendered delivery of the Goods.
3. TAXES
- For orders shipped to other countries, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
4. OTHER CONDITIONS
- These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether we signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
